Every rigging plate and suspension ring we create is meticulously engineered and tested using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). If you're curious about the details, I'd be more than happy to share the calculations with you—I love diving into the nerdy side of things! To put it simply, our designs are strong enough to hold the weight of a full-grown elephant, and we've got the math to back it up. 😊

We’re also committed to using the highest quality materials. All of our aluminum is certified and sourced locally. Our supplier for Aluminum 6061 T6 also provides materials to Boeing, the folks building airplanes just up north of us. Each batch of certified material undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it’s free of defects or voids and meets strict standards for chemical composition, guaranteeing consistent quality every time.

This can vary widely depending on the design's complexity, size, material, and whether it's anodized. Many house designs are made to order. That said, it's typically 1-2 weeks to get an order ready to ship. We will communicate updates to you as we work on it.
