Have a project idea that’s never been attempted before?

You’re in the right place!

Here’s how the process unfolds:

1. Kick things off by introducing yourself through the contact form linked below, and we’ll reach out for a design consultation.

2. Get ready to share your vision! Bring a sketch of your idea to our meeting, and we’ll dive deep into your concept and refine it for machining. A simple napkin sketch will do (bonus points for dimensions, and super-duper bonus points if you have a CAD file in .step format)!

3. Next, secure your spot in the design and manufacturing queue by paying the custom order deposit listed in our shop.

4. Once we’ve crafted the virtual model, we’ll send you life-like renderings. We won’t move forward with machining until you’re absolutely thrilled with your custom design! Once you give us the green light, we’ll lock it in and kick off the manufacturing process.

5. Throughout the operation, you’ll receive exciting updates and photos of your project!

6. Finally, we’ll notify you when your project is complete and send over a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you!
