Counterfeit products might look similar to ours at a glance, but they are far from equal in quality, safety, and performance. Here’s how they differ:

    • Counterfeits: Often made using sand-casted, recycled aluminum. This process results in inconsistent material quality, hidden flaws, and significantly lower strength, making them unsafe for critical load-bearing applications.

  2. Craftsmanship:

    • Our Products: Engineered with precision machining for a flawless finish, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

    • Counterfeits: Produced using low-quality manufacturing techniques, leading to rough edges, poor tolerances, and structural weaknesses such as hidden internal voids.

  • Inspect the Product: Look for the Subspace Designs logo and certification marks that guarantee authenticity. Our logo is now present on all products starting January 2025. Reach out to us and we can verify an authentic ring/plate.

  • If you come across a product that claims to be ours but seems questionable, please let us know. Your report helps us protect the kink community from unsafe products.
